When customer text me she only asked how long do refunds take, she never stated her name or who she wasRefund was processed and I informed her my cc processor will reverse those funds back into the account she used for paymentsI also informed her that it takes me days to receive payments for my orders so it may also be same when reversing the paymentThis policy is listed on my website and I always suggest customers to read before making a purchasei have also attached a screenshot of this policy

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]She stated on 12/20 she would issue refund.  If you look at the printout she provided, the refund issuance is dated January 5th, after my complaint to Revdex.com.  I'd like to point out, that she stated to Revdex.com that she had already issued my refund before my Revdex.com complaint.   It's January 20th & I still have not received the funds. Furthermore, the printout she provided is only her clicking "refund" on her online store. If the funds are not in the account attached to the store's website, no money will be deducted, yet it will still put together a refund total. Being a former online store owner, I am well aware of this procedure. I asked that she show PROOF of funds being disbursed to my card.  A screenshot of her bank statement for the $48.35 issued to my [redacted] would have been sufficient.  When I asked for proof, I already knew she didn't have it, because I never received a credit for $48.35 from Pink Lavish Boutique.  I was actually hoping that she would practice GOOD FAITH and finally issue the refund.  I contacted Revdex.com because I was afraid that I was going to get scammed like the other customers that I spoke with.  I placed an order on 12/12/15.  She said she would refund my money on 12/20/15.  It's now 1/20/16 & still I wait.  I have not received my money.  Clearly, she is giving all of us the run around.

This refund was issued. I definitely could've shipped her order however we decided not to do business with this customer who was extremely rude. I totally appreciate my customers and they appreciate me those are the ones I choose to do business with. She instead of taking the refund and looking for...

somewhere else to shop this customer chooses to send disrespectful comments and emails and that is unacceptable I don't know if it was 100s of dollars being spent I would've still refunded the payment. I would never behave in that matter as I would never go into a store and treat the staff poorly and expect them not to put me out the building. I'm sorry that our business wasn't good enough enough for this customer. Put she received her funds back
