Review: They nail salon refused to correct the I properly installation of the gel nail full manicure on 1 September 2013. They claim they don't provide correction and if we waned the cuticles trim it is additional $10.00. A manicure includes trimming the cuticles inorderthethe gel nails to blend properly. They were unable to provide us with the license of any of the technicians nor was the business license displayed for them to operate a business in VA. The total price of a full manicure is $35.00. No one could provided us the owner's name or number. Lisa is the name of the technician who provided us extremely poor service. I advised them I will be reporting them to them to Revdex.com. We asked if they would fix the issue the my daughter's nails;however the [redacted] owned business refused to correct the issue without charging an additional $10.00. We are requesting assistance n getting the refund $35.00 and any other action Revdex.com can provide would be greatly appreciated.Poor services fraudulent service and refuse to sustain US business practice.Desired Settlement: Refund for full gel manicure of $35.00 please.

Dear the Revdex.com,

Regarding the complaint, with a gel manicure we will soak your hands in water in order to soften the cuticles and then trim them. With a full set or a refill gel, only the acrylic powder and a gel polish are used. [redacted]'s daughter agreed on a refill gel for $25. She never asked for her cuticles to be cut at the time. If she did, we would gladly soak her hands in the water and cut them, but it would still be an extra process so extra charges is required.

In addition, [redacted] also stated that we weren't able to provide her the any license of any technician which is incorrect. The licenses of all employees are provided next to the pricing board located on the left hand side as you walk into the shop. We will also provide the proof with the attached picture.
