We just had the roof replaced on our modular in Port Clinton and [redacted] Co(Thank you [redacted] did a great job From proposal to completion of the work, everything was handled perfectly Great price, especially considering the quality of materials and labor, and outstanding attention to detail and customer service Our job included tear off of two existing roof layers as well as replacement of skylights and dealing with many stacks through the roof and they made sure everything was ice and weather guarded to meet or exceed Owens Corning standards Clean up was perfect and very thorough I have worked with bad, good and excellent contractors over many years, and Breyer was outstanding I would use them for any construction project without hesitation and would recommend them highly to anyone

I just purchased a home in Toledo in October 2015, and needed to have an old 30 foot TV antenna tower removed from the rear of the home, as it was pulling the gutter and facia board off of the back of my home. [redacted] was recommended for the job, so I called him. Within a day or so he came out to review the situation (and this was during the week of the New Years Holiday) and provided me an estimate. He then scheduled the job within the next 48 hours. He had a two man team come promptly when scheduled and they had the job completed within 2 - 3 hours with absolutely no damage to the home and no debris of any kind left behind. [redacted] also personally came by to supervise during the job. I was extremely pleased with their work!
