I have taken a few months to decide if I wanted to post this review, and I feel it is appropriate I bought a home through this company and I did not receive the appropriate level of customer serviceThe entire process with the second Realtor proved she was not looking out for my best interestI have bought a home before so I know what good customer service isShe was only looking out for her to make a sale and did not have my best interest in mindShe offered to get a crack fixed, through a business man that quoted me at a much higher price than he did to another customerEvery thing that I wanted to be completed was not when it was agreedIt wasn't until after the factI was promised in words that I would get reimbursed for things, only for me to be ignored laterLater, I spoke with the Owner, and she brushed me off as wellBusiness should combine the concept of making money and keeping long-term customersBe very cautious with doing business with this company

I recently purchased a home in Colorado Springs through Pink Realty, and Jessica [redacted] was my realtor The entire team was extremely organized and hard working They accommodated my busy and odd schedule, and I was always able to contact them whether it was a morning email or a weekend text Jessica was highly knowledgeable and experienced in the area and put in the effort to try and understand what we wanted in a home That being said, Jessica didn't just focus on the nice homes or the upper limit of our budget, but instead showed us a wide range of homes the first day so we could visually see what an additional $50,might buy us I would recommend her to my closest family and friends and am extremely satisfied with the entire process and professional atmosphere that everyone at Pink Realty afforded us
