This website offers memberships. The prices are displayed at a monthly or weekly rate, however as soon as you signup you find out that you're charged at the annual rate and cannot receive a refund it's deceptive and put me in a tough financial situation because I had to outlay more cash than I had accounted for.
I would like a refund for the annual fee I was *** charged.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I would like a refund for the annual fee I was *** charged.
BUSINESS RESPONSE:
We do not have a record of ever receiving any communication from ***, by email or phone in regards to the total amount charged to his credit card, or for a refund request. Though we have a 'no refund' policy, we do make exceptions where we believe it is warranted. At the very least, and as a good will gesture, we would likely have given *** a partial refund and he would have been downgraded to a smaller membership package had he contacted us.
The membership packages on Squirt.org's website are meant to highlight the savings a member would receive should they purchase a larger package when compared to the monthly package. We have made every effort to be transparent in our pricing and we provide our members all the necessary information they need in order to make an informed decision on how much they want to spend on membership packages.
Further to the above, the member chooses the membership package they would like to purchase, and the total charge amount is then displayed on the next page, in the upper right hand corner in large, italicized font. Every attempt is made to keep the member informed on the total charge so that they have the option to cancel the transaction at any point before they confirm the transaction. The total amount charged is then also included on the receipt the member receives via email, and in 'transaction history' of the member's 'my account settings' page.
