Review: I ordered some whole sale jewelry online on 7/**/2013. The jewelry arrived two days later. Some jewelry I kept. Some I decided to return back to PinktownUSA. In the box that I shipped back to Pinktown was a necklace that was damaged when it arrived (which I stated in an email sent on there website). The other pieces were a bracelet and a pair of earrings( which the website clearly states u have a right to do so within 10 business days). None of these items were worn or damaged by me in any way. Why should I have to spend an additional $25.41 to receive my store credit especially since I have no desire to spend any more money with this company? Tried to call the company several times to resolve this issue. No one answered the phone or return my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to use my store credit and not be forced to spend any additional monies or refund me my purchase amount.

Company is under new ownership and operates out of Chicago area.Review is very old at time of inception of the distribution set up.A lot has changes and rapidly thankfully in all good direction.

Review: On October **, 2013 I placed an online order from Pink USA for fashion jewelry for the amount of $57.23, which this amount cleared my bank account on October **, 2013. When I received this order/package from Pink USA via UPS I found broken pieces, pieces that I did not order and very poor quality merchandise. I was not pleased and called Pink USA at ###-###-#### to speak with someone regarding my concerns of this order. I've called this telephone number at least 30 times or more and was unable to speak with anyone due to the fact that no one would answer. This telephone rings 5 times then a message comes on stating "I'm sorry there's no room to leave a message, the mailbox is full try your call later, good bye and this happens during business hours no matter the day or time. I then left 2 on-line messages and did not receive a response. On November **, 2013 I returned the merchandise with a note enclosed , I mailed it back through the USPS with a confirmation which the states that Pink USA received their merchandise back on November **, 2013 @ 2:20 pm. It's been "90 Days" and I have NOT heard from Pink USA, this company has ignored all correspondence from me and I have NOT RECEIVED a REFUND.Desired Settlement: Would like my money refunded back to me ASAP.

Review: I placed and order online at 9:55 am on 6-**-15 order #[redacted] with a total of $58.95 charged to my [redacted] credit card.

They charge a fee of $3.25 for anybody signature to sign for the package with [redacted] if you use a different address. I put in my work address for the package because I work all day and nobody would be at home. At checkout it gave me a strange message but no tracking information, so I called pink town at ###-###-#### and spoke with Matthew about

my order and he said they needed proof and four pictures of id card and other items that I did not feel comfortable faxing them. I told him to cancel my order immediately and refund my card back of $58.95. Matthew said we already have the money and he will do it in 4-8 business days. They are not sending any of the jewelry out to me so they should refund me my money back immediately. This was my first order with this company and my last because this is not good business not good customer service. Put my $58.95 back on my credit card. Also they have no where on the website that if you use a different address you have to send four pieces of documentation until they get your money then they tell you. Matthew said he send me and email which is not true, I have checked my email ten times in the last thirty minutes and nothing from him about my order. I went online and they cancelled the order in there system but won't give me my money back on my card I want from Pink town is my $58.95 credited back to my [redacted] card.Desired Settlement: I want my $58.95 refunded back to my visa card as requested when I cancelled the order that they did not ship out.

First time ordering and my last time ordering from a company that does business like this.
