Jessica did call Customer Service to report that she had purchased jars of Sprinkles from of our Independent Consultants at some sort of fair She was not able to tell us who she purchased the product from or show us proof of purchase Our process is to contact the Independent Consultant and let them know that one of their customers is unhappy with the product purchased so they can either exchange the product for them or issue a refund We were going to make an exception and exchange the product without going through the Consultant once she sent her original product back She informed our CSR that she had used most of the product and just wanted her money back We did not try to get her to purchase one of our simmer pots we only informed her that in order to get the best performance from the Sprinkles, we recommend using our one of our products to melt the sprinkles as this is the only one we have personally tested for performance We are willing to refund her money even though she cannot provide the Consultants information or show proof of purchase but have told her that she will need to send the remaining products back to our Home Office and we will then issue a refund check to her at that time.I sent her an email on 9/29/explaining this to her and have not gotten any response Once we receive the product and she gives us correct mailing information we will issue the refund Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional informationWredina [redacted] Director of Customer Service PinkZebraHome.com

Pink Zebra is a great company, my son who is a toddler grabbed the simmer pot and it didn't even burn him I think that is amazing product since I leave mine on 24/ Plus I love the fact I can personalize my own fragrance, and if the scent is too strong for my liking then I can just tone it down with a different scent without wasting all of it

I would like to respond to *** last rejection notice. I have supplied proof (copy of the cashed check) that the Independent Consultant did refund her the money and we Pink Zebra Home also sent her the product at our cost. I have supplied the tracking information as proof that we did also send her the product. As of this morning, this is the information posted on USPS's website in reference to this package;

It is very unfortunate and we apologize that this customer did not have a good experience with one of our Consultants but as I have explained to her, we as a Company have done everything possible to rectify the situation as soon as we were made aware of the issue.
*** has not only received a refund from the Consultant but she also received the product she originally ordered from the company. At this point there is no further action needed by either party

As stated by *** ***, Pink Zebra Home is a Direct Sales Company and *** *** is an Independent Consultant, this is considered her own business. I have contacted *** again today and she is going to get with the Post Office again to get proof that she did send *** her order
twice. When I last spoke to *** she informed me that the Post Office was doing an internal investigation, the Post Office has record that the first order was delivered to the doorstep. She then sent it again after *** contacted her mid January, this is the order that the Post Office is investigating. *** stated that she ordered the product in July but did not mention that she requested that our Consultant ***, wait to mail the order a week before Christmas and this is what she did. *** also states that she left messages for to me, Wredina C*** with no response. This is not a true statement, I called her on 4/at 4:pm and left *** a message and then again on 4/at 3:pm. I have no record of her calling me on 4/or 5/in my call log. I have tried to reach out to her but have not received a call back from her at this pointOnce I hear back from *** early next week I will update this claim with her findingsThank you,

Customer Service has been in contact with*** ** and has explained our company policy and the process for both refunds and reshipments. According to *** her package was delivered and she is stating that she never received it. Our Plant in Kentucky had to open the investigation with
*** to track the package since all of our information shows it was delivered to her. We were told by *** that it can take up to business days to investigate and this information was also given to *** We in Customer Service were contacted today by the Plant and informed her order was returned to them so in turn we contacted *** and let her know the order was going to be reshipped to her againHer address was verified and we processed another order for her todayThe Plant has business days to process the order per our company policies

Zebra is a Direct Sales Company and our products are sold by Independent
Consultants. The product that ***
*** is referring to was purchased from *** *** who is one of our Consultants. *** said that she has
contacted *** several times to get this resolved with on resolution. She only contacted Pink Zebra Customer
Service on June 6, and was asked to send copies of her receipt and
cancelled check so we could investigate the issue. We did try to contact the Consultant
via phone calls and emails on Friday the 6th and again on Monday the
9th with no return call or response to our emails

sent and email on Sunday the 8th with a copy of her receipt only, and we received it on Monday the 9th. We then requested the copy of the cancelled
check again so we could process a replacement order since the Consultant did
not follow through on her end.
We
did receive the requested information from *** and processed a replacement
order for her. Pink Zebra did replace
her products at our cost but we never received any money for this order, it was
received by *** ***. This Consultant
will be terminated due to this policy violation.

As I've said this company has horrific customer serviceI ordered and paid for their products I have proof the consultant or company is lyingYes after finding out both had different stories after a month of waiting the consultant sent me a new checkAs for Pink Zebra they state that I have my product yet when I emailed them direct they could not give me a tracking numberThe tracking number on this complaint does not show it has been shippedNo wonder the lbs company has issues their customer service is lacking and with all evidence staring them in the face they stand for consultants taking people's money and never placing the order

Pink Zebra is a great company, my son who is a toddler grabbed the simmer pot and it didn't even burn him. I think that is amazing product since I leave mine on 24/7.
