I filed a complaint with my bank and they refunded my money while attempting to collect from the vendor. The vendor NEVER responded to my call or
messages. Their phone goes straight to a voicemail so you have no opportunity to talk to anyone. I will never do business with this vendor and advise everyone else not to. They need to be out of business, there are only there to steal peoples money

I believe we just said that if the product had not been received we would issue a refund. There is no other resolution. The customer can continue to reject this but it is exactly what they are asking for.

When I said I did not receive the first complaint I was refering to the Revdex.com complaint. I did not receive the first notice. Since then however it was located in my spam folder.

Review: On October 18th I ordered two Mary Kay products from Pinkdiscount.com (volu-firm eye renewal cream and oil free eye-make-up remover), for a total of $49.69. The items were to arrive within seven business days but I have yet to receive them. My credit card was billed immediately for the products. Their website does not provide a customer service number, though, I found one on this website. I have called twice and no one answers so I am forced to leave a voicemail, which no one ever returns. I have also e-mailed them my complaint/concern at the web address they have listed. They say they are open M-F 9-5 but, again, no one ever answers the phone or e-mail during this time.

After reading the many complaints about this company, it seems to be an ongoing issue and much of a scam. They seem to take people's money when they do not have the products on supply and then do not provide a way for people to get ahold of them-thus buying them time to get the products. Many people have waited months and still have not received their products. And again, have still yet to speak to anyone from the company. This is a major problem and this company should not be allowed to operate.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on my credit card immediately for the products I ordered and my order canceled. Even when they have offered customers a small discount, those customers still wait months for the items to arrive. 10% is not worth the wait. I do not want any discount, I want a full refund immediately.

This order has been sent and received by the customer who is now demanding a 50% refund. As far as waiting months for a 10% discount there is no history of that and pure speculation on the customers part.

Review: On 2/22/14 I ordered several items and did not receive all the items although the packing slip stated order was complete. I was missing a set. the set included one Mary Kaye moisturizer and one Cleanser. the price was $33.99 for the set. I contacted pink via e-mail and they responded they would send the missing items. As of today, I still have not received the two items. I called several times and left messages, but never got a response. I emailed over and over and finally got a response stating the items were shipped,but I still have not received them. Now I want a refund. Review: On May 5, 2014 I placed an order (Order #[redacted] online for Curel Continuous Comfort Original Formula Moisturizer Lotion with the subject company. I provided my Credit Card information for payment ($7.47) which was accepted/approved immediately. The confirmation email showed the order date and time, mode of shipment, cost as well as the company name and address.The company advertisement indicated they've been in business since 2006. After a couple of weeks went past, I didn't receive my merchandise so I sent a follow up email to the company which appeared to go thru. When I didn't get a response to my email, I realized that something was really wrong. This isn't much money, it's the principal. No one wants to be victimized. If possible I would like to get my money back.Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: When you find this business, I request that they be made to refund my money.

Review: I purchased a moisturizing conditioner on 4-11-14 for $5.39. They e-mailed me a receipt #[redacted]. They cahrged my Master Card $5.39 on $-14-14. On 4-29-14 I advised the product had not been received and asked for clarification. Since that time I have not recieved the merchandise and my repeated attempts to contact them have been ignore until November 25, 2013 when I recieved a e-mail from [redacted] in customer service that the merchadise was supposed to be shipped from New Jersey and she could not contact them, therefore, she would credit my card. As of today (December 10,2013), I have neither the merchandise or the credit.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund check from pinkdiscount.com as soon as possible as I am tired of waiting for any credit to my card or any other consideration.

Review: They're website states that there is free shipping on US orders of $80 or more. When I attempted to place the order, there site charged me shipping of $10.95 even thought my subtotal was $84.24. I e-mailed [redacted] about this on 9/10/2013 and she replied by stating that they would refund me my shipping costs because they're "system has a hang up with the USPS system for certain locations." When I received my order, I noticed that my foundation compact mirror was broken. I contacted [redacted] by e-mail about this on 10/01/2013 and on 10/02/2013 after I initially did not receive any response. She replied on 10/02/2013 by saying, "I did respond to you saying I requested both of you items be handled. I also told you I would refund the compact because we don't have anymore." However, I have not received a refund of my shipping costs or for the broken foundation compact which was $4.95. The total that they owe me by refund is $15.90.Desired Settlement: I want my refund ASAP!

Im not sure why the customer has decided to file this complaint on October 4th of this year.

Review: March 27th I ordered $87.35 worth of skin care products. I've been a customer for over 2 yrs, & in the past had no problems with this customer. Items came before in a few days. Items not in stock were listed as such. This time, nothing was shown as being on back order, however 2 weeks came and went, not merchandise came. However, they charged my credit card. I contacted said company these dates, 4/4,4/5,4/8,4/9/4/13,4/16. by email. I also phoned them twice, but they never answer the phone, you always get an answering machine. But no one ever calls you back. I was told on 4/13 (after I ask them to cancel my order) that 1 item was on backorder but my order should be shipped in a day or two. No items were ever shipped, my credit card was refunded 10% as a curtesy to me, but never the rest they owe me. I contacted my credit card company and made them aware of this charge and I also contacted the Pa. State Attorney Generals Office. I have since checked on the net and found many similar charges and complaints against this company. I want my money back and my personal info removed from all their files.Desired Settlement: They charged my discover card $87.35, gave me a 10% refund, but they still owe me the rest of this charge. I want my money refunded in full and all my personal info removed from their files.

This order was originally skipped over in our system and I received emails from her on April 8th and April 13th. At this point realizing the order had not been satisfied we offered a 10% refund for the inconvenience and also expedited the order.
