Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:He is a Con Man, a liar, A Scammer, A thief, etc.He works only a couple hours at my property in the city and a couple hours of work at my houseThe agreement is $15/hrHe worked about hrs but I paid him over hrs, total $315.He has been milking the work, do nothing, chitchat at my property in the city.I hired him to work but he is not capable of doing drywall work so he went through my stuff in the apartment & basementHe threw a lot of my stuff away & he told me that he will replace it but he never didHe gave my air mattress to one of my tenants, he does not have the right to do thatHe stole my garden tiller from my building in the cityThese behavior show what type of person he is.The work that he did in the city: 1)A little bit of drywall work (because he is not capable & does not have the skills to complete the drywall work when he told me that he can do it) that's why he did not complete the job.2)He removed door frames & damaged drywall which will need to be repair, there are more doors frame that need to be removed but he did not do it.3)He supposed to seal the entire roof but he sealed only 1/of the roofHe pretended to be on the roof for hours but work only mins(I have picture to proof & witness to testify) That's it that was all the work that he did on my property in the cityIt should take him less than hours to do all these workHe spent time to do nothing, go through my stuff, threw my stuff away when he does not have the right to do that, move my stuff around, chitchat, etcThere is very little progress in his work here, my tenant can testify this fact.He came to my house to do some work but when he realized that I would be there to help him, work with him and he did not like itBecause he had to work & cannot milk the work like when he works aloneSo he refused to do any more work and help me bring the "Exterior Front Door", "Kitchen Counter Top" & "Hundreds of Fence Panels - 6' Dog Ears & Picket Fences" to my property in the cityBecause I have to replace the front door & counter top on the burned apartment, repair & install in fences on the same and another property in the cityBECAUSE HE IS A SCAMMER & A THIEF SO HE LIES TO THE POLICE THAT I GIVE IT TO HIM AS PART OF THE PAYMENT.He was at my property in the city for a few days, a couple hours a day but did actual work for only a couple hours & a couple hours at my houseHow could he work 20+ hours? He showed me his worksheet form & told me that he would fill this out but he never did, even I told him that I need it otherwise I would not pay himHe can't give me the time sheet because he did very little workHe could not lie in the paper because I will see through himThe paper & the actual work does not match.Why would I give him the materials that I need to use at my property in the city? Does it make sense? I was hired to remodel/repair property in the city. I also trimmed trees, repaired mail box, met with her to get her vehicle inspected and driver's license. I was paid a portion in cash and materials for services. She has posted reviews about my business on the internet that I think is not fair and... would like it removed.

He worked about 4 hrs but I paid him over 20 hrs, total $315.He has been milking the work, do nothing, chitchat at my property in the city.I hired him to work but he is not capable of doing drywall work so he went through my stuff in the apartment & basement. He threw a lot of my stuff away & he told me that he will replace it but he never did. He gave my air mattress to one of my tenants, he does not have the right to do that.
