I picked up car and did not complain because damage was UNDER car and I could not see itand I did not filled official complaint because people from pinki enterprise keep misleading me and telling me do this,do thatI have been calling them every day and complaining about this issue asking them what to do and how to make complaint and they told me that I can not .I have all papers and can prove that they damage car and if I have to go further that is OK nobody from eastern europe will do business with them after this and I will go publicly on TV and news about this criminal doing .

papers and drove it out of our agent’s warehouse without filing any complaints or remarks. Our agent that has released vehicle to customer have not noticed any damages / defects. Customer has not filed any Official Complaint with us by now. I regret to inform you that there is not any ground to honor this complaint made through you.
