That is fine that the owner does not want to admit any fault However, I want the complaint to show as unresolved The owner is incorrect with his account of the story I have proof of payment of the gift card The gift card was purchased using a check, which was cashedI did go to the police station They police advised me of issues with payments and gift cards at that location I always used to go to this salon, but not so often after the new owner purchased the location I did get my pedicure completed, and I did paint my child’s nails myself, fingers only, while I waited Usually, I bring my own nail polish to get my nails done and I am never credited There is no sign to try out colors there is a charge Most people try a variety of colors before picking The small amount of polish I used on my daughter was equivalent to someone testing colors on a few nails I would not return to this salon and I want others to know about this salon practices Usually, the location does give gift cards, but the employee on the day of the certificate purchase could not find them She used a plain card, and signed her nail and gave a business card She did not know how to write in English and requested my mother write the card She signed it The check was cashed from my mother and it states Michele’s nails, which is me The owner changed his story that the check was for services that day He lies I am a licensed cosmetologist I would not take advantage or lie or try to steal services It is the salon running a scam with gift cards/certificates to charge for them and not render the services

That is fine that the owner does not want to admit any fault.  However, I want the complaint to show as unresolved.  The owner is incorrect with his account of the story.  I have proof of payment of the gift card.  The gift card was purchased using a check, which was cashed. I did go to the police station.  They police advised me of issues with payments and gift cards at that location.  I always used to go to this salon, but not so often after the new owner purchased the location.  I did get my pedicure completed, and I did paint my child’s nails myself, fingers only, while I waited.  Usually, I bring my own nail polish to get my nails done and I am never credited.  There is no sign to try out colors there is a charge.  Most people try a variety of colors before picking.  The small amount of polish I used on my daughter was equivalent to someone testing colors on a few nails.  I would not return to this salon and I want others to know about this salon practices.  Usually, the location does give gift cards, but the employee on the day of the certificate purchase could not find them.  She used a plain card, and signed her nail and gave a business card.  She did not know how to write in English and requested my mother write the card.  She signed it.  The check was cashed from my mother and it states Michele’s nails, which is me.  The owner changed his story that the check was for services that day.  He lies.  I am a licensed cosmetologist.  I would not take advantage or lie or try to steal services.  It is the salon running a scam with gift cards/certificates to charge for them and not render the services.

Customer who Michele came our salon with her daughter. She got finished pedicure service($18). After finished pedicure service she was painted daughter's toes herself with our manicure without allow from us. (Under 9 kids mani+pedi, we charge $15 on the menu.) We can't understood her attitude &...

she was so rude. And then she was got hers manicuring service(cuticle). Before painting, as usual we asked payment. She gave us paper card with bad quality(She said gift card). The point is this, the writing was not ours. It was typical american writing with free mani+pedi service without my signature. Our giftCard is own plastic card with printed own number. If we made paper card, MUST signed my signature on the paper with good quality. We never made without my signature and my writing! Therefore, we charged her $23(her) + $2(daughter). after...She made din, riotous badly, She wants to call police, I sade OK! suddenly she left without payment. When that time we served other customers, those customers said "She So Bad!", "So Shame with KID", "Call Police!". We've got a check payment less than 5 times a year, I was lost & found so I deposited her check after 3 months later. I made over 700 Plastic Gift Card, when customer bring back we accept by cash! "I Can't Be Accepted Paper GiftCard Not My Writing & Without My Signature!". Our workers can not writing such a americans. She has to pay $25 to us.
