I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.That's funny that they said it came back smelling like chlorine because I NEVER WORE IT I don't know how it could've gotten mold or anything on it because it was NEVER WORN!! The ONLY REASON it didnt have the tag on it was because I thought they gave me the right swimsuite only to find out it wasn't my size AGAIN they sent it back to me and it was dry, NOT WET and surely wothout MOLD They seriously have the worst customer service ever!!! I bought a swimsuite from them again and they still proceed to mess things upI spent $for that suite only to never be able to ever wear the right size or color so what's that all about? Stealing money from people? Giving them suites to where they have to spend extra money to send it back to them, if they messed it up to begin with? Tell me how any of this is ok?

I would like to provide a consumer warning for anyone thinking of buying from Pinkini SwimwearMy product arrived damaged and later than the arrival date even though I paid extra for rushed shippingWe ended up reconciling this issue but then I realized they blocked me from messaging them and from their Facebook siteThey have refused to answer emailsThey have also deleted customer complaints/concerns that are posted to their Facebook and Instagram pagesI have made copies of several of these
I have never seen a professional clothing company delete comments and concerns instead of helping the customer with concerns over itemsI also have copies of several emails that went unanswered, customers left in the darkIf someone posts a complaint...they are later blocked by the companyThis is why I always deal with companies accredited by the Revdex.comSomeone needs to warn other customers about this

I am aware of this complaint and have responded back to the customer. Customer returned swimsuit that was the wrong color but wore it and took off the tags. Even worse she returned the swimwear wet! We do not accept returns/exchanges that have the tags taken...

off and definitely do not take back swimwear that smells of chlorine and was sent back to us wet and has mold in it! 
We genuinely have excellent customer service and our clients have specifically emailed us in the past complimenting our customer service. We take the time to make sure every client is happy and help them find their sizes and design bikini's with them. It saddens me that this complaint has escalated to the Revdex.com but I am unable to give refunds or exchanges for destroyed swimwear. Please see the attached Photos as evidence. If you would like to see emails from our other clients that is fine as well.

I never received my bikini and when I emailed back never got a response. After emailing several times without any response I called and was told the owners weren’t there and was subsequently hung up on. DO NOT BUY! MAJOR SCAM!

Review: In November I ordered a swim suit from this business and paid about $132. The swim suit arrived but was the wrong color. I shipped it back and received a replacement which was the incorrect size. I shipped it back again to get a correct size and they told me they could not give me a refund and they could not replace it or give it back to me because there were not any tags on it. This company is now not responding to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from this business or the correct color and size. I want the Love Race top in white size extra small and the Love Race bottom in aqua blue in size small.
