Review: This company sells large wall decals. Before purchasing their product, I made sure to read everything on their website to ensure I could use their product, aware that returns were not allowed. When I received the product, I could not get it to adhere to my wall so I contacted the company to ask for advice. At that time they admitted that their product will not adhere to zeroVOC or NonVOC paint. This was information that they are aware of but do not warn the customer. They refuse to return my calls and refuse to refund my money on a product that they are aware will not adhere to all wall types. They are misleading the consumer and withholding important information. They clearly warn that their product will not adhere to all textures but make no mention of wall paint. It was made very clear to me that they are aware their product will not stick to certain types of paint. I am now stuck with a product that I can not use.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money including postage and return postage.
