The two clients had an appointment for lash extensions at 10:30am on July 1,2017. When theyarrived there were 4 people ahead of them all getting pedicures and nails done. Thereappointment was at 10:30am. They decided once they got to the shop that they wanted 2pedicures and got upset because they...
had to wait. (only 2 people doing pedicures) The clientsuggested that we stop the other 2 pedicures to do theirs. They sat in the waiting area andtexted back and forth to each other because of their wait making noises and constantly askinghow long is it gonna be we had an appointment. Other clients in the shop were taking notice ofthere impatience. The client says that the employee took 4 smoke breaks which is a liebecause she was busy with the other pedicures. When the employee finished with the otherpedicures she proceeded to do the moms pedicure. The mom informed the employee that shehad regular polish on her toes. She had gel so now the employee has to soak off the gel polish(gel polish takes about 10 min to soak off) smoked while polish was being soaked off. Theywere still texting back and forth with each other and being rude to other clients because oftheir frustration. When the employee came back now the mom does not want to finish thepedicure she got up and left. When you apply lash extensions they can burn a lil but the client was asked if she was burningshe said no. The client was in the shop for about an hour after the lashes were applied and shehad no complaints. The client didn't take to [redacted] to rate the business until July 26, 2017.She rated the business 1star. She never complained prior to July 26. If there was a problem with the lashes as soon as she says she would have come to get them fixed. Lashes cost $45and was charged $10 to soak off gel polish. Any even slightly educated individual would knownot to put acetone on you face let alone anywhere near your eyes. Acetone is not used toremove lash extensions. On the clients [redacted] review she says she pulled them out not thatshe used acetone to remove them. Owner did called client a liar she did say client and motherwere rude in the shop because they didn't want to pay for taking off the gel polish. What'sunprofessional to some is business as usual to others.
