After my car breaking down literally miles outside of Kingman AZ, Highway Patrol called for a tow truckThis company came to tow our car to their shopThe next day they were able to run some "diagnostics" on the vehiclethe total bill for a generous mile tow and "diagnostics" was $We were told informed by the company's mechanic that the problem with the vehicle was the fuel pumpWe were then quoted almost a week wait to have this fixed and over $in addition to the tow and diagnostics feeThe vehicle needing the repair was a Pontiac Grand AMDeciding we did not have the time to have this fixed at this shop nor wanting to pay the outrageous fee; we decided to have a friend tow the car back to PhoenixAfter towing the vehicle to another shop in the Phoenix area, the car started right up and according to this mechanic after hours of diagnostics, they could not replicate any sort of problemThe mechanic then states the fuel pump is working perfectly and to have this part replaced would have cost us a total of $I personally feel this company attempted to take advantage of an already stressful situation in which I had absolutely no controlI would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE
