Michelle asked at the time if they were having issues and they said no but they wanted to know if there was a warranty so if it backed up again in a few weeks. We replied that there is no warranty on outside drains because leaves, rocks, etc can go down the drain at any time. The customer wanted a warranty, but we will not warranty outside drains. The customer never said it was backed up again until April 27th when we asked again. We did a drive by and checked the drain and it was not clogged. The customer wanted to speak to the manager but they had already spoke with the owner, they just didn't realize it. On the paperwork, an additional drain was recommended to be jetted but the customer declined; the work was not performed. That drain is probably still clogged.Sincerely,Pinky's Plumbing, LLC

department tried multiple times to reach the [redacted]'s beforethey finally placed a lien on the property, on February 3rd, 2016. The [redacted]'s finally contacted uson March 9th, 2016, after they were notified that the lien had been placed. The [redacted]'s have ourlegal department's contact information and can. contact them to resolve this.

merchant card company. The Customer stated thather card was lost at the time of service and tried to get her credit card company to give her money back,stating that she did not use her card and it was used fraudulently. However, [redacted] presented thecard on site at [redacted] NE, Bellevue, WA 98007, signed the receipt and a digital signature whileon site. [redacted] lied to the credit card company and now she is lying to the Revdex.com.We proved [redacted] wrong and now that her fraud did not work with the credit card company theyare now trying the Revdex.com.
"[redacted] called on 8/6/15 at 7:23 am and tbe answering service recorded the message. [redacted] statedthat is was her rental and she needed service ASAP for a toilet overflowing. We went out to [redacted]'s rental on 8/6/15 at 10:15 am and she meet our plumber onsite. The plumber cabled her sewerdrain line from an inside cleanout in the wall in order to get the cable in the drain line from the back toback toilets. The plumber gave her a price to install a proper cleanout outside (in order for the sewermachine to access the entire sewer) but [redacted] declined and opted for the option that was not apermanent fix (see invoice). We did not warranty the sewer drain cleaning because feminine productswere in the drain. [redacted] said she would call back and let us know what she wanted to do. She didnot call back. Fortunately, we can use this information she provided to the Revdex.com to show the credit cardcompany that she approved, authorized, and paid for the work when she said someone else used hercard illegally.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The person that responded is not being truthful to this matter. We did ask if there was any type of warranty but the work was not properly done. We asked them to speak to a manager but never got a response. When we called their business we told them that it was improperly done and needed someone to come out and clear it properly. You can still see lots of debris in drain. I have had this service done before from another company and they did it properly. When the other company performed the work I had no problems and you could clearly see that there was no debris in drain. That job was performed over 7 years ago. I do believe and agree that dirt and small rocks will go back into drain but it should not clog the next day if the job was performed correctly.
