I personally would not deal with this Company Again.

After my car breaking down literally 4 miles outside of Kingman AZ, Highway Patrol called for a tow truck. This company came to tow our car to their shop. The next day they were able to run some "diagnostics" on the vehicle. the total bill for a generous 6 mile tow and "diagnostics" was $208.40. We were told informed by the company's mechanic that the problem with the vehicle was the fuel pump. We were then quoted almost a week wait to have this fixed and over $700 in addition to the tow and diagnostics fee. The vehicle needing the repair was a 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. Deciding we did not have the time to have this fixed at this shop nor wanting to pay the outrageous fee; we decided to have a friend tow the car back to Phoenix. After towing the vehicle to another shop in the Phoenix area, the car started right up and according to this mechanic after 9 hours of diagnostics, they could not replicate any sort of problem. The mechanic then states the fuel pump is working perfectly and to have this part replaced would have cost us a total of $458.00. I personally feel this company attempted to take advantage of an already stressful situation in which I had absolutely no control. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.

car was broken down and wouldn't start, called a tow company (pinkys) that is located in the same town. Map quest showed they are 12 minutes away from where The car was. Placed the call 339 pm and was given a wait time of 15-45 minutes. I understood and proceeded to wait. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes I called back. I was told it would be another 30 minutes. When the tow guy arrived at 502 he was short tempered. I was not pleased with the hour and a half wait time or the person who came, or the company.

I personally would not deal with this Company Again.
