I did see the problem, but the problem is not related to any work we performed(installing the flat roof)the roof is not leaking, failing nor does it have any defectsThe problem is that the entire building is sagged in the middle(based on poor initial design, construction and age) causing water
from the flat roof to flow off the front of the building and down the shinglesI did diagnose the problem and recommended that an additional drain could be installed near the front center of the roof, but never provided a quote because this project has limited access and requires a plumber which we do not have on staff to complete the work. I explained to to Ms*** that I was unable to complete this work for her a long time ago.Not providing a quote for the work has nothing to do with the dollar amount of the project as I perform many small projects for peopleProjects as small as replacing a few shingles, replacing piece of missing fascia, replacing a sewer stack flashing for some examplesI try to accommodate all customers whether the job is large or smallI am sorry but I was not able to accommodate this customers needs and explained that to her at least a year agoI don't feel that a company is obligated to do all work they are presented with and have the right to refuse jobs that they are not able to complete or do not desire to take onThe fact that I choose not to do any additional work for a customer does not obligate me to modify my warranty for work already performed.Sincerely,*** ***

Roof looks beautiful and employees were professional and efficient Did the entire job in one day with no trouble Materials and labor were very reasonable Gerry was professional and very knowledgeable They did such a fine job that we used them to put a new roof of our residence They did a complete tearoff and even put in a new chimney This company is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone to useA very positive experience all around

I hope that people check these available sites before making important life decisions. I moved into this apt complex 2 years ago. When I first inquired about a 3 bedroom unit I was informed none were available. A few days later I got a call telling me that one had opened up. After moving in, my neighbor said the unit had been vacant for a very long time. Shortly after moving in a new management company took over called [redacted]. In my opinion this is one off the worst management companies I have ever dealt with. After 2 years they still ask me my unit number every single time I enter the office. There have been multiple incidents of unprofessionalism, unfriendliness and complete lacking of understanding or compassion. It's all business, and a terrible one at that. There is absolutely no customer service here. I attempted calling the property supervisor several times but after 2 emails and 3 voicemails, I got no response. They care very little about the residents, only their money. The prefer tenants to pay rent online bug this isn't an option for me. So over a holiday weekend I got back into town sun which was the cut off. I wanted to drop my check into the drop box but it had been removed, forcing an online payment. I went first thing mon morning to pay and was charged $75 late fee and they wouldn't work with me at all. Now, my lease is set to expire June 25 and I was unaware of the 60 day notice requirement. I gave them 45 days and they refused to work with me once again. I must pay a pro rated amount which is $700 more than my $1200 rent for the extra 15 days. I'm a single mom with three daughters and I need all my money in order to move and I now have to pay them an extra $600 that I don't have just to protect my rental history. It's outrageous. Now I'll list a few of the negatives about living here
1. There is no security. There have been break ins, robberies, and vandalism. There's even a peeping tom that lives here. I just had $2900 worth of damage done to my brand new car by a kid throwing rocks
2. The office staff is rude and unfair
3. The amenities are outdated and disgusting. No renovations in years except the cheap, small plastic playground apparatus the put in for the hundreds of children that live here. My push washer smells horrible, my washer rips my clothes and my a/c has broken twice. They are so cheap and refuse to replace anything. They just try to fix it. The carpet, cabinets and windows are the cheapest I've ever seen. I had to install my own tint on the windows bc the sun would come through making my kitchen 10degrees hotter than the rest of the apartment in the summer
I'm disgusted with this property and it's employees. I can't wait to leave

When our cathedral bedroom ceiling started dripping water, we noticed that the drywall in the ceiling was "mushy". We called some roofing companies, and Gerry was very professional. He came out to the appointment very promptly, and saw that our roof had not been vented properly. He have me an estimate, and even though we did not call him back immediately due to a death in the family, when we emailed him, he stayed his original estimate, and completed the repair for us. Gerry did not install our original roof that we had done 13 years ago by a company that is no longer in business, but in the future when we do need a complete new roof, he is definitely the one we will call.

Thank you Adept Construction for your fast respond, we are very pleased with our new roof. Gerry was very helpful, he knew everything about roof. He patiently explained all of our options and help us to decided which one was best for us. The crew was very professional, organize and got the job finish fast. The price was fair for an excellent job.

This is a terrible business. We have a 1 year old roof they installed and it is already leaking. I have called over 20 times, e-mailed, texted, and drove to their office and spoke with the owner's children and we STILL have heard not a single word from anyone from this company. Do not install your roof with these people. They will not return your phone call let alone fix their work. I would not trust any of their 3 offices-not a single person from any office answered or called back.
