In response to your letter from January 26, 2018, ID [redacted] , Pinnacle Athletic Campus raised our ratesto $for a single fitness membership and $for a family fitness membership, effective April1, 2018.I was told by some members that they were paying $for an individual fitness membership and thatthey were locked into that rateAfter plenty of investigating, I was unable to see anywhere on thecontract that they were ever locked in to that rateI asked the owner, Daniel B***, and he said that hewas asked by the former management group (James L***, Dan L [redacted] and Josh L***) to offer lockedin rates and he said no way.I sent out letters to the members just over two months in advance so that they would have plenty of timeto decide what they wanted to do before the rate increasedI did not think that it was fair to all of thenew members and some existing members to be paying different rates when everyone signed the samecontractI feel our rate is still very fair for what we offer with our membershipIt includes our fitnessroom access, fitness classes which they can participate in an unlimited amount during the month, fchild watch, use of the inside t rack and also open time on the inside turf field, basketball and volleyballcourtsThe facility is clean and beautiful.Jessica Barons was told personally by me as to how I found it unethical to charge people different rates.She has also told numerous members that we are getting rid of our fitness all together and this is how weare telling our members, by increasing our ratesThis is falseI am sorry if people are unhappy about thisprice increase, but this is what we, the directors and owner, at Pinnacle feel is fair.As far as the ad on Facebook that Jessica referenced, I don't even know what that rate was as it is notshownI was told that this was done by the previous Fitness Director.Thank you,Sharon C [redacted] Operations Manager
