Review: Hi, My name is [redacted] I am currently enrolled in college at [redacted] in [redacted]. I am a commuter student so I rely on my car to get to my school, the past 18 months I have had to deal with a car that every time I have any money available a major issue needs to be fixed. I have dunmped more money into the car than the car is actually worth. I drive a 2008 Suzuki forenza that I signed for with my mother from Pinnacle Auto sales. When we got the car it was the second time I had a car from them, and we got the second because the first was so broken that it was cheeper to get a new one than fix everything. I had no existing credit at the time and in an attempt to help build my credit we refinanced a second car through them. Well when we refinanced, my mother not knowing the values of cars and myself being new at this had no idea what we were getting into. Well being that I needed credit my mother signed me as the cosigner becuase we were promised that this lone would be reported and start building my credit. The first month we had some issues paying because it was set to come out automatically, and instead of doing it the day agreed upon they did it in the middle of the month and pulled out double. Well when this continued I decided it would be better just to pay in cash so I have been doing that for 18 months now. Well my family is trying to get a house and I was attempting to refinance for a car at a different dealer thinking I did not owe very much left on my car. Well I check and I get told I owe 7600 in my car when the original price was 10000 meanwhile they show my payment history and quite a few are missing because they didn't report them. Later we find out the car is only worth 3000 dollars in goof condition. As well as this they never reported the loan and lied about it being on mine or my mothers credit. Its a terrible car and I have been taken advantage of because I was new at the process. I need a new car that is reliable! Meanwhile I cant even give away this one!Desired Settlement: I ether want a way to get rid of the car entirely. Or I want a refund of my money. All of it so that I can get a reliable vehicle that doesn't have a reputation for having bad air bags and killing its driver. IF and ONLY if neither can be achieved then I want the cost I still owe on the car cut down by half! Because by the time I am able to pay this car off at this current rate it will be worth nothing and I couldn't even trade it in. I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!! WE WERE LIED TO AND CHEATED!
