Review: I heard an advertisement on the radio for extended coverage for my vehicle up to 100,00 miles or 60 months whichever comes first. I opted the coverages under the conditions of being able to cancel if I changed my mind in 30 days. I decided not to keep the coverage and called to cancell.I asked to receive something in writing to confirm it was cancelled and I would not be billed and refunded my deposit, the representative [redacted] and a supervisor [redacted] advisor me that they would not send me anything in writing to confirm cancellation and was very very rude to me as I pointed out was a much different experience than the one previously when I enrolled. I was also advised that the company is registered with the Revdex.com which I researched and determined they are not!Desired Settlement: I would like to be assured that the company will not bill me in the future and that they will not be able to advertise on the radio.

Review: Pinnacle Auto has held my vehicle over ten weeks, will not disclose the location where they have it off site, and will not return calls or e-mails or a certified letter requesting status. We brought our 1987 [redacted] edition to Pinnacle for repainting 21 April 2014. They said 10 days to 2 weeks. Four weeks later they returned it painted wrong colors wrong accent colors wrong accent stripes, wrong placement, size. They acknowledged wrong painting and said they would repaint it. No word since then. We call frequently. Mark the owner who we contracted with is often away and does not return messages. Once we were able to talk to Mark who stated he knew it was wrong colors, then would not confirm that he knew or would use the right ones. He has refused to tell us where he is repainting it (seems to be a side cash business, when he first led us to believe it was a separate reputable shop). He will not tell us his last name, the shop name, or give us any date of return. We e-mailed him not to repaint it without confirming correct color codes. Today we called. His shop rep was so rude that we told him cancel all and return vehicle immediately. We want it back Monday 30 June. We will take it somewhere else for repainting.Desired Settlement: Immediate return of the vehicle without damage. Apology. No charge.
