At this point [redacted] have worked with Avid ( [redacted] ?) to finalize processing the refund and I was able to retrieve the credit

Thank you just so you know my initial response was not intended to close the complaint at all, was just to let you know that I thank you for letting us know, and that I was taking action to get it to the right folks internally for next stepsI expected to provide another response once I heard back on statusWhich I am doing now.The manager says they reached out to you, and confirmed to me there is no problem doing the refund exactly as you have asked for, and that the subscription will be canceled as asked forIt should be taken care of today March I am not providing this response to close the complaint, I want you to fully be able to decide and let me know when the request has been satisfiedI appreciate your feedback and let me know when you are ready to close it.You have my assurance that I am here and not going anywhere, I will stick with this until you are all set.I have been with Avid for years, and I always stick with helping my customer and do whatever the customer asks forI wish you had that experience when you worked with our supportBut you've got me now and I'll make sure it gets done.Thank you again, I take these very seriously and want to make sure what is needed gets done.*** ***Avid***

We apologize. The Avid marketing deparment says we have now ensured person is removed from mailing list. If you do get an email going forward, please let us know so we can understand the source and we will make it a priority to resolve it promptly too.
