Pinnacle Labs sold an online test kit, did not report results back, and has not answered emails or callsThey also use deceptive marketing Ordered comprehensive home test panel online, received in late July, send test results back on 8/8/**, and to date no results have been receivedPinnacle Labs has not responded to any emails, or to detail phone messages left on their voicemails Business is being deceptive as well, since the testing kit that arrive from them is done by Quest Diagnostics, and when I contacted the numbers listed on the test requisition for Quest, they indicated they had never heard of Pinnacle Labs, and don't do testing direct to consumers, but only through employers Pinnacle appears just to be a third party selling test kits that are processed by Quest, and does no follow up Pinnacle also request that kit be "registered" on their site, which I did, but it serves no purpose, there is not mechanism to sign in or check once you have registered a kit But worse
