I am rejecting the response because the owner refuses to respond to my emails or set up time to work thru the refund that is owed to me In addition they took funds out of my
account that was not approved and caused over draft fees The documentation has been faxed to the company and my husband and I have visited the business 3x to work with the owner and staff They are never available and refuse to put forth effort to resolve the issues at hand
