This company recently did the paving stones in my backyard. The word was done quickly and with great workmanship. I couldn't be more happy with the work.

Review: I had concrete installed 3 years ago, after the very first winter the concrete was destroyed, the owner did not return phone calls and allowed the 1 year date to pass before showing up to look at it, then telling me that the scalling and cracking was my problem because it was over a year.

I finally got him to agree to fix it and all he did was spray the sealant on. Then last sumer as the cracking adn scalling continued I was able to get the owner to repair 2 of the boxes closest to the street, both of them have already cracked and the older concrete has broken down to the point it is turning back into sand.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, it seems clear that something is wrong with the concrete mix.

Review: The company failed to provide itemized billing by not including the requested completion of our basement and refused to secure the foundation, which was the original request. Pinnacle Construction did not use a structural engineer to verify the work that needed to be completed in the basement and were not qualified to do the construction. They did this by generalizing the work. The company used unethical collection practices due to the fact [redacted] the [redacted] forged my signature on several completion certificate documents and demanded full payment without completion of the job. He was paid over two-thirds of the contract without barely doing any work. The authenticity or validity of a contract is in question because [redacted] the [redacted] did not provide a recision statement to me, but he provided a forgery to the banks to receive payment. The company has processed an unauthorized credit card charges. They did not deliver the services or products as promised and the product The product I purchased was defective(Roof)Desired Settlement: I have gotten estimates from several contractors for the correct prices of the work we requested. We have been severely overcharged and we want our money back.
