Pinnacle Creative Studio has offered to complete the project. I do not have faith that the project will be completed within my timeline, as they were behind the scheduled completion of September 2014 at the time I terminated their services in May 2015.I don't want to waste more of my valuable time dealing with them, or trying to get my money back. We have mutually resolved for this organization to release the files they have completed to date, for the copious amount of money I will never get back anyway.

Review: In May 2014, I entered into long telephone dialogue with [redacted], and [redacted] from Pinnacle Creative Studio, to hire them in re-developing my 2 websites. [redacted] shared in an email on May **, 2014: Pursuant to your conversation today, I have updated the proposal to include a clause expressing Pinnacle's ability to execute both websites in a 90 day time frame. Also, to clarify, once the proposal is accepted, we will send you a secure payment portal, your credit card information will be filed for first payment and automatic payments will be made every 30 days after this initial payment. This is our standard procedure for all clients. After our dialogue over the phone and exchange of emails, I felt confident their organization could take on the project of re-designing and re-programming my 2 websites.I agreed to pay them $2,000 per month for 12 months, for a total of $24,000. They said the entire project would be completed in 90-days (September 2014). September came and went, and the project was barely off the ground. Things moved very slowly, but I continued in good faith to pay them $2,000 per month (totaling $18,000), and gave them them breathing room to finish the project. In February 2015, I made a decision to stop paying them $2,000 per month, as they werent proving themselves to be applying much effort to the project. I asked them to arrange weekly update calls, and our communication was better, but it didnt seem to do very much regarding increased efforts on their behalf. At this point, all they have completed is the wireframing, a task which other web developers have informed me, should have been completed within the first 2 weeks of the project. I am at the one-year anniversary since I engaged Pinnacle Creative Studio, and it has become very apparent that this organization is not able to complete the project in a timely manner, and deliver the fully functioning websites. I had no other choice but to terminate the relationship, and find another web developer to take on the project. I have asked [redacted] for a full refund, as they are 8 months past the promised delivery date of September 2014. They have informed me they will not refund the $18,000 I paid them to date, although they failed to deliver the finished websites to me in a timely manner. In addition to the $18,000 I paid them, I have also suffered a great deal of loss of income, as a result of the websites not being finished in a timely manner. As those losses cannot be determined, all I am seeking is my money back. There is nothing in their written proposal to me, that stated they have a right to keep any monies paid to them, in the event they were unable to deliver. At this one-year anniversary, it is clear they cannot deliver.Desired Settlement: Full Refund of the entire $18,000 I paid to them.
