Not unexpectedly Mr. [redacted]'s statements are either false or non-relevant to this case.
If I have assaulted a contractor they should contact the police. I actually challenge him and his company to take the matter to police and courts.
Pinnacle Dream Homes tried to build a fence inside my property. I showed them the official Survey of the house that shows the property line (not some paint on the floor). They were clearly working in my property and therefore stopped their work. They said they were going to call the police but they never did. Again, I challenge them to call the police or the city.
The only relevant (false) statement Mr. [redacted] has made is that I refused access to his contractors in my house. Pinnacle Dream Homes scheduled their contractors to come to my house on four different occasions. On each occasion they gave me a window of time during which their contractor would arrive and work in my house (all documented in emails and text messages).
However, not a single time did their contractors arrived on time. They were usually 6 hours to one day behind. I have a job and can't just wait around the house for their contractors to show up. I always stayed at least two hours past the time that I was told the contractors would arrive. They never showed up and I left. Now Mr. [redacted] is saying that the contractors came and I refused to let them in.
Pinnacle Dream Homes has contractual obligations to complete the repairs in my house and honor the warranty terms.
I am more than happy to bring a third party contractor to give a quote on the repairs which are certainly going to cost considerably more than the $200 Mr. [redacted] claims. Then Pinnacle Dream Homes pays the third party contractor.
I have hard (signed documents) and soft (emails and text messages) documentation to prove every single claim I've made in this complaint. Mr. [redacted]'s claims are hearsay and unsupported allegations.
I have attached a print out of the last email conversation I had with Mr. [redacted] regarding the repairs in my house. This was Jun 12. He clearly accepts the responsibility for fixing the repairs and even asks for a time for the contractors to show up. He doesn't mention a word about all his allegations he mentions here. He never responded to my last reply.
I have full intention of following this matter to Houston courts if it doesn't get resolved here.
Again, I have documentation showing every time Pinnacle Dream Homes told me a contractor would show up at a specific time. Then I would email Mr. [redacted] about the contractor not showing up on time, and his reply apologizing and re-scheduling just for it to happen again. I have attached one of those to this message as well.

Sent: Monday, July 06, 2015 3:37 PMTo: drteamSubject: Revdex.com Case #[redacted]   This is in response to the Complaint Case #[redacted].   What Mr. [redacted] states is pretty much correct.  What he has not told you was that he has...

purposely  “Restricted  our access into his Home”  a statement that he made to the new next door neighbor who passed that information to our Realtor.  What he also has failed to state was that he is verbally abusive with profanity to our contractors, myself and the owners of this company. He has resorted to publically calling the owners of the company “Crooks”, he has assaulted our field superintendent, punching him and pushing him down the stairwell to remove him from his home.   We have bent over backwards to fix his home and he has continually thwarted our efforts of what we need to do to be done or he had the Sub contractors do other work for him home that was not on our list,  these are statements from our Sub contractors.  He tries to tell the Sub contractors how to do their job, they refuse to deal with him, when informing him of what our Sub-contractors are saying he resorts to calling them liars and making statements that we aren’t paying them that is why they don’t want to work for us.  These minor repairs to complete costs around $200.  The new neighbor wanted a fence,  Mr. [redacted] told our Sub-Contractor to stop digging in his yard for the fence pole, which it was not because we had the City of Houston Inspector mark the property line and the hole was in the right place not crossing into his property, he was threating with our Sub-contractor, Mr. [redacted] covered the hole. At this point our Sub-contractors do not want to work with him and because of his continually verbal profanity and threating demeanor, any one we send out he will run off, we refuse to go back and finish unless we are accompanied by a Police Officer.   (We are consulting our attorneys over this matter)   [redacted] Chief Operating Officer Pinnacle Dream Homes, Inc.
