Review: Contracted Pinnacle Employee Srvcs. for Payroll service; I have complained 3 1/2 mos. regarding duplicate PR Tax withdrawals from ckg acct. CEO [redacted] has given me a different story each time contacted. I have requested the duplicate withdrawals totaling $7718.64 to be refunded. He told me in November it was being processed. Now [redacted] tells me it went to [redacted], then today, he said the IRS has it. I did my due diligence and verified with [redacted] and IRS, and both entities conclude Pinnacle Employee Services is in receipt the money. I requested I pick up the check by close of business 12/30/15; upon further phone calls to Pinnacle, [redacted] again is blowing us off. He cannot be reached. I have left messages for days.Desired Settlement: We request the funds be refunded immediately.

We are aware of this issue that has been brought to our attention. We are currently doing our due diligence with the IRS to get accurate information about their tax account before we can take the appropriate action to resolve this issue with this customer. We encourage the company to be patient and understanding during the process we as a company have to go through to resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:This has been an ongoing problem for over 90 days. Pinnacle has had the complete documentation showing the illegal withdrawals to their accountrather than send to the IRS. Since 12/29 they have had the direct IRS contact information. Nothing has been done other than responding that they will look into itand try to resolve it. There are no excuses for not making this a top priority and resolving it by paying us our money immediately.

I am rejecting this response because:Pinnacle's conclusion after months of inquiry is applauded. We request the specific amount of the refund to be stated and when? Per our bank records August 28 through December 16, 2015, $7,818.77 is the total of the unauthorized withdrawals. Therefore this issue is not considered closed and resolved.

Refund will be returned once the IRS has returned payment to us. We will communicate with the company once we have received the refund. The amount refunded will be $7718.64.

We have been using Pinnacle Employee Services for almost 2 years. Michael the owner goes out of his way to help with any situation. There prices are fair and the service is excellent.

Just for a example of the over the top service that Michael gives his clients. I found myself in a unique situation one day. There was a mishap with my daycare and my kids were unable to be picked up. My vehicle was unavailable and Michael happen to be in my office checking up on his service has he does regularly. He heard my situation and offered to give me a ride to get my kids which was about a total of a hour in a half out of his way.

I would recommend his services to any business
