Pinnacle Energy

We had 7 windows replaced by Pinnacle and the salesman stated that all installers were Pinnacle employees but when the 2 guys showed up they were in a plain white van and were not wearing any Pinnacle attire.They looked like sub contractors. I have to day that the install went well.But recently the windows seem to have started to lose the gases in between the double panes of glass and now a dark film has developed. Hopefully this can be fixed

We had our aging roof replaced through Pinnacle Energy recently, and are extremely pleased with the outcome thus far. The 50 year warranty on the material and labor adds great peace of mind, particularly with the manufacturer's backing (and the transferability to the next homeowner).
The workers were professional and cleaned up fairly well after the job was done--barely a trace (few pieces of old tar paper left over from the tear down in a coupe places). No nails or anything major left about.
I only have minor complaints about some of the workmanship; in a couple places, the weather stripping underneath the singles on the edges wasn't perfectly flattened down. The only other (again, minor) complaint is a nail or two visible on the edges; when nailing down the singles, they went a little too far off the edge and through the weatherstripping. Nothing I can't easily remedy, and not unreasonable.
Overall, I would recommend Pinnacle to others solely based on the no-nonsense approach. After agreeing upon a price and the materials we wanted used, their scheduling folks got back to us within a few days. A date was chosen (within the week!) for their team to come for the install. The day before, a dumpster was delivered to haul away the old material. Normally this is a one day job, but with temperatures in the mid 90s and high humidity, it need a day and a half (can't blame the workers for that one).
They are pricey compared to other outfits, but you cannot always just compare dollars to dollars between roof companies. The 50 year warranty (both manufacturer and labor), quality of materials/weather proofing used, and the professionalism displayed by all tiers of their company set them apart from the rest. It also speaks volumes they have an A+ rating at the Revdex.com (since 1998) and all their complaints are resolved. Don't take your chances with a shady, disreputable outfit.

We were very pleased in 2006 when Pinnacle replaced some of our windows so we recontacted Pinnacle for replacing the rest of our windows. Everyone from Pinnacle has been very professional and very nice. The 3 gentlemen who installed our windows were very polite and very friendly. It was a pleasure to have them work at our home. I will recommend Pinnacle to anyone that needs to have windows, etc replaced at their home.

I understand their response, as it is what they have told me overtime I called (Except for the time, I was told the windows were actually in the warehouse).  As a reseller, they told me they fully stood behind the companies they recommended to me the consumer. I would like to know that within in a reasonable amount of time, if they do not hear from the fabricator that  they will find another way to resolve my problem other than just blaming it on the fabricator.  I have been waiting 7 months and am willing to wait longer if I know that their will be some type of resolution.  When we were sold the windows the salesman highly emphasized how much they believed in the product they were selling which is why they were going to place a lifetime warranty on them.  
 
What assurances can I receive that this will be made right?

I really love my new basement windows. They are a replacement for old, leaky, rusty windows that were 60 years old. The work was done quickly. All of the people from the company were professional, friendly, and courteous. My only complaint is that after giving me the original estimate, a second person came out to take the measurements and then a third person came to do a pre-installation inspection. I received an email asking me if I would agree to a $315 increase in price due to the fact that the opening had to be re-framed. I reluctantly agreed. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the quality of the windows and the workmanship.

Thank you for this wonderful roof. Pinnacle was nothing but helpful from beginning to the end of the process. They guided us past the hurdle of dealing with the homeowners association. In home remodeling, the devil is in the details and my salesman Eric handled them excellently. I would recommend them in a heartbeat

The job is scheduled.

Several years ago we had Pinnacle Energy replace our roof so we thought of them when it came to replacing several of our 40 year old windows. The workmen were prompt and courteous and did a fabulous job. We will be asking them back to replace the rest of them. Thank you for a quality job.

We had a new roof installed September 30 through the Delaware office. The roof looks great and with all the snow we have gotten this year we are so glad we got it replaced when we did. Excellent customer service and care. We would use them again when we look to replace our windows

all I can say about my new roof and bay window, is simply awesome, absolutely no complaints what so ever, great quality materials, professional work, excellent clean up, showed up as promised and on time, worked quickly and clean, never found a nail or any mess what so ever, did not have to pay a dime until the job was complete from start to finish, I spent 19,000, and was the best money I ever spent on my home, looks like a million dollars, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof or windows, thanks again pinnacle, completely happy

They worked very fast and left the work area very clean when they were finished.

The roof installed by Pinnacle Energy is of excellent quality. My wife loves how the shingles look from a distance better than the previous 3 Tab layer that was installed by our previous contractor. The installers arrived as scheduled, were quick, efficient and clean in doing the necessary work. We recommend them highly if you are in need of a new roof!

The client signed a contract and completed a credit application for financing.  As soon out processing department received this we process accordignly.  The client then decided to cancel the contract within 3 business days.
 
Our office vehemently denies any wrong doing...

or that anything illicit and any suggestion to this is wrong.  We have been in business for almost two decades and use the same banks to process loans and this is the first time a potential client has accused Pinnacle of this deceptive practice.
