Review: I had gone by the store to request an exchange, and they told me my item is not in good condition, but my item is in fact in working good condition. I had purchased from the on march 5, 2013. I came back to request an exchange friday, march 22, 2013. I just want an exchange on my item and the are not helping or even giving options.Desired Settlement: I would like an exchange for another item, because I need this item but not the one I have, I want an exchange for another one they have
