Extremely unprofessional and poorly managedI had an appointment with Alisha at 10:00am to view available places at Seville and Pinnacle EstatesNot only was I not informed in advance that another individual was supposed to be showing me around but THAT individual could not make itThe leasing office is closed even though the hours on the window say it should be openI called Alisha and all she could do was tell me how sorry she wasHoney, I WORK in customer service and sorry doesn't cut itWhen you drop the ball, you have to make it right and telling someone who drove two hours to meet with you that you will be available at noon is NOT acceptable
