I am rejecting this response because:
apparently this got closed before I could reply: I would reject the reply from Pinnacle Fence because they reviewed, recommended and installed our 13' gate. In my opinion if the gate was"professionally and properly" installed, it would not fail and become unusable shortly after the check clears. I stand by my original opinion that Pinnacle does not stand behind their work. This gate was not installed properly to handle the weight of the gate, and they were completely aware of soil conditions,
