Review: I bought a chicken hungry man meal and some of the chicken I bit into was completely raw. It is supposed to be precooked. I had severe stomach pains after I ate it. I tried contacting them and all they said is they want to give me a free meal. There is no way I am going to eat another one of their meals after that. They werent even concerned health wise as other meals may have been contaminated.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the product and I also want additional for it making me sick.

I am rejecting this response because:For one when I emailed them they only responded the one time and it was them asking me to call. I replied and explained to them that I could not call but asked them what information it was they needed and I would be more than willing to give it to them. I even sent them pictures of the raw bloody chicken in the packaging. They had also mentioned in the email that they would send me a replacement meal. I do not want any more of their food. This is a safety issue and they showed no concern over it. I will post those pictures everywhere if I have to. This is absolutely ridiculous that they can treat their customers this way and mishandle food and show no concern over it. Where is the responsibility??

Review: On September 26, 2015 I purchased a 4.6 oz can of [redacted] from my local [redacted] in [redacted] GA. When I got home and proceeded to open the can I saw a blue type of plastic lodged in between the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I just want my money back or a replacement. I like this product and I'm just very disappointed to find that my purchase was not satisfied.

Thank you for your contact. From the description, I am confident that the material described is a piece of casing used in forming the [redacted]. Please be assured that this material is made from food grade material and poses no safety concern ifingested. Casing such as this is used regularly on sausage link products; however, you are most likely accustomed to seeing it be clear in color whereas ours is blue for visual inspection processes.The casing should have been removed prior to placing the links into the individual containers. Review: I purchased a box of [redacted] walnut brownie mix at [redacted] Aug 2014. When I made it (you stir this mix, not to use mixer) and my husband took a bite from the finished product, he broke a tooth completely in half. The UPC code for product was [redacted]. I sent pictures of the box, the tooth, the walnut shell that was in the brownie and brownies them self. I sent a copy of the evaluation of the dentist (cost me 100.00) that it was from the walnut shell. I have not had the tooth fixed, as I am retired and have no dental insurance. I asked them to pay the 1500.00 dental bill. To no avail. They have not responded with any payment. This has been 15 mons ago. I am advised that I should charge 1,000 per month for pain and suffering. So, 15,000. Please help with this as why would a company the size of [redacted] not pay for a faulty product? I have never filed a complaint with you but I am at a loss..Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to stand by there product and pay for the tooth repair and 15 mons of pain and suffering
