Let me start with there is NO other company I will ever use again. As far as I am concerned Pinnacle Foundation Repair should be the only listing under Foundation Repair. I say that because I interviewed 4 other company's before Pinnacle and I did not receive half the info I did with Nate. The whole team is Professional, Knowledgeable, Polite, Friendly, Helpful. My house is pier and beam. It was defiantly not a easy fix. Surface water has been running under it for 14 yrs. Nate came the first day and before he left I knew everything that needed to be done. He showed me on the computer exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He also showed me picture they took under the house. I thought they would be way higher but again they beat the competition. Any questions I had Ali in the office was there for me. She would find out and call me right back within mins. Even if she had to find out she would call and let me know so I was not just sitting here for hours. Can't say enough good things about her. She is Wonderful. If I had a question on any work I called Nate and he would drive all the way here just to answer me. He could have just answered on the phone. I live a hour and half from their office. That is what I call Excellent Customer Service. He even got his hands dirty working one day. I really hope you call and get your free estimate so you can have the Great experience to a complexed job like I did!

I recently needed my foundation lifted do to settling from lack of foundation watering. Nate my account executive arrived on time and began taking his measurements. He explained all the possible pier options to me which was great because I knew absolutely nothing at the time. After my meeting with Nate, he followed back up with me to see if I had decided on a company and through our conversations and the plans he provided I felt like Pinnacle was the right for for me, and I’m so happy I went with them. The Pinnacle team showed up promptly both days and were more than polite! Nate called each day to check in on the project and to confirm that all my expectations were being meet (which they were)! Pinnacle was great, and Nate was excellent! I can’t be happier with the results of the lift, definitely a good experience everything was handled with great detail, care, and punctuality! From the scheduling of the appointment, work on the house, even the plumbing and engineering appointments. If anyone needs foundation repair look no further go to pinnacle you won’t be disappointed!

I can not say enough good things about the work and service Pinnacle Foundation as provided me. I had a poor experience with a different company which lead me to search for Pinnacle. The CEO came over for the consultation and was friendly, knowledgeable and up front and honest with me. I asked for a couple options in which he went above and beyond to meet my needs. They worked for 3 days and had the project complete which was fixing pretty much my whole house's foundation. Juan and his crew did a fantastic job and left the yard looking as it was before they showed up. Robbie , Juan and everyone at Pinnacle has been such a pleasure to work with I would highly recommend them if you are looking for foundation repairs.

Very happy with the professionals who solved my foundation problem. They were on time and worked well as a team, from the man who evaluated my problem and explained what and how they were going to level our home. After completion, the independent engineer who verified their work and the plumber who did a static test to assure no leaks were both prompt and efficient in completing their assessments. The price was competitive and the performance outstanding.
