I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I did not "threaten" an employee. I simply said we can do this the easy way of cancelling my contract or the hard way of bad reviews, complaints and lawsuits. If I did "threaten" an employee the police would be pressing charges. I had a lovely phone call with Officer Rodd Rettler from the Fitchburg Police Department and he agreed I am handling the matter in the correct format. Pinnacle Health and Fitness thinks they can hide the fact that their "gym" is a scam by calling the cops whenever a member would like to leave due to standards that fall below an acceptable manor for quality of service and standards

In response to the complaint, *** has requested we terminate his membership early and we are under no such obligation to do so as there are no grounds to do so He then threatened one of our employees at which time we contacted the police At this point we are honoring the
terms of the contract John signed. Regards,*** ***
