The product has been successfully delivered to the customerThe manufacturer of the item had a - week lead time in production at the time of the order and they contacted the customer to make them aware of the delay This issue has now been completely resolved

I am rejecting this response because:The matter is resolved in that the hot tub was delivered to my home on July 1, 2015......TWO months after orderingAs the original complaint stated - I was told 2-weeks, as my hot tub was ordered by someone else who changed their mind or whatever and it was "in-production" when the call was made on May from the storeThe truth of the matter is - this tub was not in production and if it was....it was in production with about other tubs, which in turn....delayed in my getting my tubThis is extremely poor customer service, as I was told one thing and got anotherThe business person submitting this response is not telling the full truth in that the Hot Tub company only called me ONE TIME and that was on June 15th - only to tell me that it was still in productionAt no time did they ever say when the project would be completedI was only provided updates when I called the store or physically went in to the storeAs I have contended all along - if the store owner would have simply stated from the onset that this was to be a month process - it would have given me the opportunity to buy or notThe store owner mis-represented this transaction and never offered to provide another tub, reduce the cost, give a refund,or extend the 12-month no interest plan...which started in MayIt is still my contention that this store operates in an unprofessional manner and perhaps I'm the only one who has taken the time to file a complaintI am disappointed by the response provided,as it does not show any sorrow or regret in the manner in which the transaction was handledWe can close the case, as it is true - I do now have my hot tub, but it should be noted that this business does not entirely operate in good faith and I would be hard pressed to refer anyone to use their servicesWhile I do not accept the response based on the content on his reply - I am happy with the tub at this point, as it has only been days operational

August 14, 2015Dear *** ***,A refund was processed on July 31, for the amount of $5,when the customer came back into our store and requested a refundThe customer may not have realized that it does take 5-business days for a refund to show up on their credit card statement due to the large amount.The customer's card has been refunded so we are considering this transaction to be complete and this matter resolved and closed.Thank you,Keith P.Owner

I have provided consumer with  much higher quality cabinets and they called me with their satisfaction.Issue has been resolved.

The product has been successfully delivered to the customer. The manufacturer of the item had a 6 - 8 week lead time in production at the time of the order and they contacted the customer to make them aware of the delay.  This issue has now been completely resolved.
