WORST Management in HISTORY
These people don’t respect their tenants at all. One tenant was hospitalized for several months and is now living in her apartment without a refrigerator. They have sooo many violations and don’t care to repair any of them. The tenants have had enough and are filing a group lawsuit against them.

Bad service, they lied and held the holding deposit for over a week but when it was clear I was coming to pick it up after it was already known I wasn't moving in the told me it takes weeks to get deposit backI called Weston union my money order was never cashed this is holding me up on putting another down payment on a place and my least is almost up when I now live their show be laws against this! So unfair

Review: On June [redacted], 2013 I received my monthly rent bill which included June's rent. June's rent was already paid in full by check and cashed on June [redacted], 2013. I called Pinnacle to investigate the matter. They claimed that they did not receive the check, and therefore were not the ones who cashed the check. I then called my bank (Chase) to begin a claim with them. They sent me an affidavit to send to Pinnacle Management to fill out and notarize stating that they did not cash the check in question. Once Chase was to receive the notarized affidavit from Pinnacle they could begin the investigation of who committed the fraud. However until they receive the affidavit nothing could be done on my part.

I faxed the affidavit on June [redacted] and was told it would be taken care of immediately. The next week I followed up with Chase who still had not received the form. I then followed up with Pinnacle and was told a supervisor had to fill it out and she was on vacation. I followed up a week later, still nothing received by Chase and no response from Pinnacle. In the middle of July I was told it was sent out. The beginning of August when I again followed up with Chase who had yet to receive the affidavit Pinnacle claimed it had been returned in the mail and was being sent out again.

On Friday August [redacted] I left a message with Pinnacle's legal department and my call was not returned. I called again today August [redacted] and asked to speak to a supervisor or the legal department, but was instead transferred to the same person who has consistently given me false information about completing the affidavit.

At this point I am going to have to seek legal counsel in the matter. Because Pinnacle is saying I am behind on my rent because of this check they claim they didn't cash, but they are also refusing to fill out an affidavit for my bank to investigate the matter.Desired Settlement: I want an immediate response to my request. I want my rent to be adjusted to reflect the check that was cashed. And I want an apology for the time and headache this incompetent management company has caused for their slum lord practices.
