I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The response from the business from two days ago states that the have issued a credit back to us, which has not been received. We received an email stating that the credit was issued back to the credit card that was originally charge, but the credit on the card still hasn't been received. I purposely waited a couple days to see if the credit would hit the account so that I could accept their response, but as of 7:35am on 10/the credit still has not been received

We have done the refund and customer has been notifiedI think there has been delays on end which we apologize for but some of the comments made about us are not entirely accurate but we will not retaliate here since we feel badly alreadyThis refund was done before we saw this complaint for
what it is worth also

Review: I ordered two routers, was shipped the wrong model number that would not work in my application. Was issued an RMA, returned the items (confirmed by tracking number), and it's been well over a month now that I haven't received a credit for my return, only promises and lies. My emails have not been answered for weeks now, and their call center has nothing but promises, still no refund.Desired Settlement: A REFUND AS PROMISED

Review: Ordered a procuct from their website Dec 9th. They charged by Paypal account $170.00 on December 9th but I received no further correspondence from them until I contacted then a week after and they then informed me that my order had been cancelled by them, but no refund has been provided and they refuse to provide me with any information regarding a refund.It has no been almost 2 weeks since they received my money and cancelled my order.Desired Settlement: Refund my money for order I placed and they subsequently cancelled.

Review: Wrong items shipped, RMA issued, items returned confirmed by tracking number, one month later and NO REFUND despite being promised on several occasions that a refund would be credited to me.Desired Settlement: A REFUND AS PROMISED.



I have forwarded the original invoice associated with complaint #[redacted] to [email protected] to save me from having to copy-and-paste. **

Review: We purchased a printer on June 16th, 2014. They sent the wrong one, when we told them it was incorrect, they apologized saying that the other one was out of stock and they requested that we use their Fedex account and return it. We did that, but we never received our refund. I was reading reviews about them and they have multiples bad reviews about this issue, sending the wrong item saying the other is out of stock. I contacted them many times, and they say that they would give us our money back in one day. It never happened.Desired Settlement: They have to refund our money.
