Pinnacle Port Unit A-had bed linens covered in hair on June 26, upon our check in arrivalI called the main office and due to it being after hours, spoke with security at main gateHe said he would notify manager and have staff member come with clean linensHe also said property manager would call meStaff came and replaced bed linensOne set of replacement sheets were also stainedThe extra blanket was also soiled with white dried spillsThis was discovered after 9:00pm so decision was made to sleep only in the beds with no stains and address the following morningThe next morning, we discovered black mold in bathrooms and a wall covered in black mold on the bottom half in the room containing the washer, dryer, sink and toiletAlso, this unit needs the attention of an exterminator On June 27, we shared these issues with MrsErika [redacted] Rental Manager, as she never contacted us as promised by the security officerShe said she could send more staff members to our room to correct the issues but there was no other units available to move usFortunately, we had found availability at another Condo and requested a refund for the remaining nights at Pinnacle Port, as their service last night proved unsatisfactoryMrs [redacted] denied our requestThe total rental fee for nights was $1,and paid in fullWe want to share our experience with others and warn of the poor condition of this unit because it was not evident to us when we bookedThe website photos of this unit are misleadingWe made photos of all the issues mentioned above

Pinnacle Port Unit A-904 had bed linens covered in hair on June 26, 2016 upon our check in arrival. I called the main office and due to it being after hours, spoke with security at main gate. He said he would notify manager and have staff member come with clean linens. He also said property manager would call me. Staff came and replaced bed linens. One set of replacement sheets were also stained. The extra blanket was also soiled with white dried spills. This was discovered after 9:00pm so decision was made to sleep only in the 2 beds with no stains and address the following morning. The next morning, we discovered black mold in 2 bathrooms and a wall covered in black mold on the bottom half in the room containing the washer, dryer, sink and toilet. Also, this unit needs the attention of an exterminator. On June 27, we shared these issues with Mrs. Erika [redacted] Rental Manager, as she never contacted us as promised by the security officer. She said she could send more staff members to our room to correct the issues but there was no other units available to move us. Fortunately, we had found availability at another Condo and requested a refund for the remaining nights at Pinnacle Port, as their service last night proved unsatisfactory. Mrs. [redacted] denied our request. The total rental fee for 5 nights was $1,582.19 and paid in full. We want to share our experience with others and warn of the poor condition of this unit because it was not evident to us when we booked. The website photos of this unit are misleading. We made photos of all the issues mentioned above.
