To address the issue of a damaged gas line, I was notified by management that the tank had been removed and that no damage occurredWould the customer be willing to provide evidence of damage done by Pinnacle personnel? Customer states he refuses to accept computer generated billing that was printed at the time of delivery even when customer received computer generated billing on two prior occasionsWe will be happy to provide those delivery tickets to customer for verification in hopes of resolving this issue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Pinnacle refuses to provide information and inquiries about issues which are listed as follows: 1.Client is me ! [redacted] ,not ***2.I have accepted generated billing before because I could verify filling of propane tankThis tank was empty with consequent frozen pipes and damage.pinnacle needs to explain why if addition of gallons to % fill I have completely empty tank in less than days.Also why my neighbor who checks for me stated no addition to the tankrepresentative of Tucumcari propane ,as an expert,states no one at this stage can identify damage to open gas line into house It may be evident when he blows it out before re-connect or it may be evident in years when rust set in.Open line was exposed to the elements of rain,wind,dust and other foreign objects.He believes a code was neglected by not securing and protecting open line.( I have pictures) This will cost me more money for the neglect of PinnacleTucumcari gas and I will check with NM regulatory commission for code violation Regards, [redacted]

Attached is the delivery ticket showing that a propane delivery of gallons was in fact made to the home owned by *** *** on 12/The delivery tickets are computer generated by an on-board ticketing system that includes the date and time of the delivery along with the number of gallons
delivered, as shown on the left side of the ticketThe on-board computer ticketing system also records the GPS coordinates of the truck at the time of the delivery, as indicated by the red arrowWe feel this will assure the customer that the delivery in question did in fact occur and our company was diligent in making the delivery as agreed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I have received a credit to my account of 641.77. I received 275 gallons of propane and I have a credit left in the amount of 169.06. I would like to add that the tanks are only filled to 70%. If they had been filled at the close date of my contract they would have held the entire 300 gallons that I was owed because they could have been filled to 80%. I have also been told that not everyone who had a prepay contract was not held to the 10% credit. I do have a name of someone who falls into that category.

An adjustment was approved on 7/22. The Regional Manager was to call and respond directly to the customer. But the adjustment has been made.
