Our Home is 9 years old--built by Pinnacle Properties and Bill Butts. We have had one issue after another due to shoddy construction. The laterst issue came from a leak in an outside furnace closet that leaked under our wood floors and buckled them. When the floors were removed we found a large open trench jackhammered in the floor for electrical work and it was never filled in. It was causing moisture from the soil below to buckle the floors over it. We also found the exterior wall to the furnace closet had no drywall on the exterior--just rammed in insulation and covered over with sheet rock. We are so disappointed that Mr. Butts would do this!!
