Best AC company out there !! Everyone knows that finding a reasonable &a honest AC contractor is near impossible. I got very lucky -Wayne and John came out very quickly to replace AC and I have had it for 3 years now and have been so grateful to not have any complications. Best AC company by far my husband and I have come across. Wayne truly defines what customer service is all about. Wayne patiently took the time out of his evening (11pm) to walk me and my husband through a series of steps in order to fix our AC that just went out. Because of his patience and understanding we were able to get our unit working again. Wayne is by far the best!!!

Other companies as we all know would have charged us a serious call out fee even over a minor issue. Then when they get to your house the $$$ continues to rise. Wayne definitely is NOT that guy. Customer Service at its finest here!!!!...

The a/c in the house I am a guest in fails sometime during Saturday night. Sunday morning I start the task of finding what I hope to be a reputable company to do the necessary repairs. I spend considerable time reading reviews (Yelp, Revdex.com etc) of various companies. I decide to phone Hot 2 Cold, Inc. This was the best decision I made. Prompt, knowledgable and personable. I could easily have been taken advantage of but just the opposite happened. My vacation time, while starting out problematic ended in a very positive experience thanks to Hot 2 Cold.
