Pinnacle Recovery

Never heard of this company until they called me today. Refused to identify themselves. When pressed, gave a made up name "Jim Jones" and when asked what Pinnacle was he hung up on me. I called them back because that was rude and got an even ruder guy who gave the name "Pane Dawson"(sic) who told me that they didn't have to answer any of my questions unless I gave them identifiable information on who I was. He then hung up on me as well. I called back a 2nd time and asked for a manager. After an extended hold I was transferred to a "Juan Morales" who talked over me and told me that they are a business that I could Google from their phone number but refused to provide any information on what business they were. Not only is this illegal in my state, the harassing phone calls are punishable by a fine and prison time for each occurrence.
