We have contacted [redacted] and will be meeting with him at the job location on Saturday, October to discuss the changes that the customer has requested

The owner, Chad S*** called the homeowner three weeks ago and left a message to call us regarding the short payment of the invoice. He has not received a phone call back from the homeowner

New metal was ordered and Owner of Pinnacle Roofing LLC Properly removed and installed any metal on roof that was improperly installedThe new gutters have been ready to installDue to weather and changes within the company, this projected has lasted longer than projectedThe roof is about
completedAll material and labor has been paid in full for this projectPinnacle Roofing LLC agrees to complete the job; however, we would like for a third party to pick an inspector and Pinnacle Roofing LLC will be responsible for the costPinnacle Roofing LLC would leave when the appropriate period for the inspection to be done up to the inspectorIf there is any concerns Pinnacle Roofing LLC agrees to act immediately in correcting themUpon completion of the job, which includes everything in the contract, Pinnacle Roofing LLC will receive total dollar amount owedIn return Pinnacle Roofing LLC, has agreed to give a refund in the amount of $dollars for poor customer service, and lack of communicationAttached is a copy of the signed contract between Pinnacle Roofing LLC and the customerThe refund will not be honored until total dollar amount owed is paid in fullFailure to do so will cause Pinnacle Roofing LLC to leave a Lien on the propertyCustomer was suppose to have attorney call Pinnacle Roofing LLC prior to finishing work per request of CustomerPinnacle Roofing LLC has yet to hear from customers attorneyWe would like to resolve this and move forward in a timely manner
