To whom it may concern,   Pinnacle Roofing like several other roofers are extremely busy due to the recent hurricane. When Mr. [redacted] signed his contract, he was warned we had a rough estimate of 8 weeks out weather permitting. Several weeks have been high chances of rain (Pinnacle does not roof...

in more than 30% chance of rain.) In addition, we had snow and several days with very low temperatures. When the temperature drops below 40, shingles should not be installed. Pinnacle offered to tarp the customers roof to avoid any further damage to his home. He relayed to our salesman he did not want a tarp. Most insurance policies require you to make temporary repairs to avoid causing further damage. Both parties have decided to withdraw from doing business with each other and negated the contract. Pinnacle strives our hardest to get each and every customer completed as soon as we are able too.     Thank you, [redacted]
