The customer claims we have an issue with ***We do notAll we asked him to do was to provide us with his tracking number so we could verify where [redacted] delivered the packageTo date he has failed to provide us with this informationHow are we supposed to respond if we cannot verify the item in question was actually delivered to us ? He makes blanket statements that cannot be verified by anyoneAll hearsayHe makes ridiculous comments that he doesn't believe that three men can all have the same name in our officeMyself, my son and my cousin are all named TomWhen my father was here there were of us named TomWhat is so difficult to believe? I don't like his accusations and I am asking my attorney to see if he has made any comments that we have the right to sue overAll we have asked from the beginning is for proof that we are the ones [redacted] delivered the package toWe have no record of it coming inHe told us it was signed for by a person who is not part of our firm leaving us to believe the item was delivered to the wrong addressWe asked a simple questionGive us the [redacted] tracking number so we can verify the item was delivered to usWithout him providing the tracking number we don't even know if he actually shipped anything to usI would be happy to replace his damaged bat if he can provide the proof that it was delivered to usWithout proof that we actually received a damaged bat from him we will not send a replacement batWhy would we send a new bat if we have no proof we ever received an old one? It's common sense
