I lived at Pinnacle Terrace several years ago when there were different ownersI actually liked living there.The staff was mostly all different tooNow fast forward to several years later there are new owners and all of the staff is new except personThe property and apartments have all been upgraded so this makes the community look really invitingI have to say when I decided to move back to Pinnacle Terrace I thought it would be like before, this was by far one of the worst decisions I ever madeThe community went down big timeNeighbors are loud, slam doors, double park, people speed through the parking lots, people do not clean up after their pets, and some of the front office staff are just very unfriendly and rude, they add on extra fees and they give you a BS reason as to how your water, sewer and trash are calculatedWhen I moved out they tried to pull some slick BS and over charge me by almost $The company also tried to bill me for utilities that I had paid for months earlier and they also tried to double charge for items that were already paid and for a carpet cleaning when I already had the carpets professionally cleanedI HIGHLY HIGHLY ADVISE DO NOT EVER RENT FROM PINNACLE TERRACEDO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DIDIF I HAD KNOWN THAT THE NEW OWNERS WHO ARE JUST GREEDY AND TRY TO RIP PEOPLE OFF BECAUSE THEY THINK YOU DO NOT LOOK AT THEIR FINAL BILL, I WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED BACKI could go on and on about the BS that happend at this place, but you guys get the pointIf you are a new person looking they will be so nice to you, but remember the bottom line they just want your moneySave yourself time and aggravation for when your lease would be up so you do not have to go through any of the things I didSure someone from Pinnacle Terrace might read this review and act all nice like they care and send a nice response, but you guys can save any poor excuse of a response that you haveI learned my lesson to never recommend anyone to your community
