Review: I contracted with Pinnacle Surveillance in May of 2013 to install a surveillance system in my business. The system was installed but has never worked correctly. 2 weeks after installation the system would not work correctly. I called him and told him about the problem. It was 3 months before he came back to check on the problem. I had a employee that I saw on the system while I was watching steel money from my cash register but the system would not record so I had not proof to prosecute her.After numerous calls he finally came out and did bring some new equipment and got the system working.It only worked for 2 weeks and has not worked since. It also bothered me that he could watch and monitor my business. I have called other companies trying to get someone to come and fix the system but have had not success because another company will not come because they didn't install they system. This system was installed in May of 2013 and has never worked correctly. This system cost $1669.00 and now I am going to have to call another company and pay to have a new system installed.The system has never worked correctly since day one. I know that it has been almost 2 years but I got so frustrated calling him to fix the problem that I gave up.Desired Settlement: I would like the equipment picked up and a full refund since I'am going to have to pay another company to install a new system. I ask him several time to do this but he would not.
