Pino Contracting rates high for charm and salesmanship due to the owner, Eddie *** However, customer service and quality of work is HORRIBLE! My mother at the time was in her later 70's she hired Pino Contracting to install a side fence to her lovely home in Pebble Creek Within the first months of installation the fence did not close correctly When I complained Eddie sent someone to my mother's home that did not even address my mother or myself because he could not speak English As a result all this man did was repaint the fence Now after years the fence will not close properly nor lock and the stucco wall that was built by Pino is moving and in a slant position The fence that was installed does not allow movement for due to weather changes and now the fence is slanted and will not close I have asked three contractors to come and correct the issue all three feel that Pino should knock down the fence and start over on their dime Do you honestly think that Eddie *** would provide such customer service I doubt it I WOULD NOT HIRE PINO to do any work especially at the fine homes here in PEBBLE CREEK
Pino Contracting located in Buckeye, AZ is owned by a husband and wifeNever in my plus years living in Arizona have I ever dealt with poor craftsmanship, postponements of the scheduling and never notifying me of the delays until the end of dayThe wife proceeds to tell me she is not always at her desk so she doesn't get her messages on emailExcuse me? She has a cell phone...answer the phoneEmails are now on cell phonesShe let me know I was rudeI admitted I did get rude I am the customerThey were paid a good amount of money for a job that went horribly bad within a few years due to poor installation on their partI suggest that NO ONE hire themThey are rude, never communicate, and the workmanship is horrible! I have talked to other residents that live at Pebble Creek and vendors that work here at Pebble Creek...all have given this company very poor ratingsThe way I was treated...this company should not be in businessSincerely, Lisa ***
To Whom It May Concern: This will be the second letter I have submitted to Revdex.com in regards to the NON customer service from a company named Pino Contracting working a large percent of their business at Pebble Creek DevelopmentI had to send a numerous emails to Ana *** before anything got doneAnd many times I got nothing short of rudeness and negativity from the this womanI always thought that the customer was rightShe let me know that I was rudeNEVER did I used one bad word I just stated factsThe gate that they installed years ago was poorly manufactured, measured, and installedIt has taken me years to get them back for numerous of personal reasons but it took time before the gate started to slant and not be able to openThis is due to poor installation!!!! Finally this past summer of a guy came and cut down the stucco sidings along side the gate making room for the gate to open correctlyWhen the gate had been corrected (to their standards) I had to call a numerous of times to get someone to paint the gateNO ONE cameSo I hired a painter I knew to paint the gateAs the painter and I are closely examining the gate --- there is ONLY a half inch clearance on the right sideBack to square one! When Ana *** finally came out to examine my complaintShe talked down to me trying to make me understand that the concrete is not levelThat is correct Ana so you as a contractor need to make adjustments to existingThis company is rude, Ana *** talks down to the customer when she was paid good money for the gate to workMy mother put her trust in this company to provide good service and trust me that did not occurI would not recommend using PINO Contracting Company to anyoneSincerelyLisa ***
