Their customer service is horrible, they don't return phone calls and refuse to give a name when communicating via e-mail. Review: I was charged on August 20, 2014 $329.95 for a service which I had cancelled a few weeks before by contacting the company by email as instructed on their website. I disputed the charge and was contacted by the company stating they would look into the charge but offered free service for 6-months, which I accepted. I never received a refund nor was ever contacted again. On December 31, 2014 I was charged again for $329.95 for their service without my permission. I again contacted the company and they replied but as of today, January 11, 2015 I have not received a refund of either the August 20th or December 31 charges.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to be refunded for the two charges.

Review: I signed up for a 14 day free trail and canceled 2 days later. They have now charged me for the last 2 months and I have sent them over 20 emails and many phone calls( with no answer). I have contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges,but I would appreciate any help you could render. thank you.Desired Settlement: stop billing me and refund my money.

Review: MT Options (Pinpoint Financial Group) offered up a one month trial service of which I participated. However, approximately three weeks into the month I decided against the service and emailed [redacted] cancellation notice on 20 May 2014. The vendor started to charge me $329.95 (Quarterly Fee) twice without my authorization. I've sent an email requesting a refund of both of those unauthorized charges. I provided as proof an email that was sent to their Support Department on 20 May 2014. I've still yet to receive a refund. Your assistance in these matters would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: Simple refund of $329.95 x 2 = 659.90 (I've also incurred finance charges due to these charges).

Review: I have been calling and e-mailing these people for months trying to do two things. Get them to refund overcharges to my credit card and remove my information from all of their websites so I am never billed again by anyone having anything to do with Pinpoint Financial. It seems that all they do is convince you to sign up and then just bill and bill but never cancel or stop their billings. I have called them and left messages on their answering machine.....yes, no one answers the phone. I have e-mailed but no one ever gets back. I tried cancelling their lousy service within a week but they never cancelled and refuse now to cancel so her I am writing to see if someone can help me get these fraudulent billings to cease and get me a refund of $49.50 x 3 and counting as of April 2014.Desired Settlement: Send me a check and tell them to lose my credit card information forever.
